How Much Does it Cost?
The free version of Zoom will let you host unlimited 1-on-1 meetings at any length. This is perfect for checking in on clients or nurturing your leads. You must be using the paid version to host webinars.
*Please Note: due to the high demand of this platform right now, virtual meetings are through computer audio only when on the free version. This means clients cannot dial in from their phones to hear the meeting. They must have a microphone with their computer (which is standard if they have a webcam).
The paid version is as low as $15/mo and gives you more benefits, such as the ability to host webinars with up to 100 people for as long as you need.
How Do I Schedule a 1:1 Meeting?
1. Once you sign up for an account, go to “Schedule a Meeting.”
2. Set up the meeting details. Your client will see the title and description of the meeting, so keep this professional.
3. Send the invite link to your client. Click “Copy the invitation” and then paste it into your email to the client.
4. When you are ready to start the meeting, just click the blue button. Your client simply needs to click the link in the email you sent.
How Do I Schedule a Group Webinar?
Once you sign up for the paid version of Zoom, go to the Webinar tab to schedule your group webinar.
