Every carrier is responding differently to Covid-19 with regard to accessing teleheleath services. Below you’ll find what your clients need to know about finding telehealth services with their doctors.

and scheduling a  telehealth visit via the portal.

Depending on the state Medicaid recipients may be eligible for reimbursement for usage of telehealth services.

Medicare will pay for telehealth visits for recipients of Part B at the same rate as in-person visits for the duration of the emergency.

United HealthCare is waiving cost-sharing for its members for use of telehealth services. Members can obtain telehealth services through United Healthcare’s telehealth partners.

Veterans can access telehealth services through the Department of Veteran Affairs by contacting their care team, then setting up an appointment for Video Connect.
